EXCELLENT SERVICE EXCELLENT VENUE
We had breakfast at the restaurant - Tiger Trails. It was buffet style and it was always excellent. We even enjoyed dinner at the same restaurant. It was a very relaxing vacation for us so we spent a lot of time doing absolutely nothing. We wandered the grounds and had a photoshoot. Lounged downstairs and had drinks. Our server, Vinod, was the best. He took such good care of us. Our rooms were in excellent condition. We had requested a few extra beds in all our rooms and we got them promptly. My favorite part of this entire stay was getting to meet Mr. Rajendra Singh. He is a local artist who paints mostly tiger paintings but also other animals. His artwork is displayed in the restaurant and is for sale! I'm an artist myself so it was quite wonderful getting to meet this incredibly talented man. We bought 3 of his paintings. What a great find!! Also! In the evenings, there is a cultural singing and dancing even that happens. It was so fun! We watched this group of 4 men play local instruments and we sang and danced and had a beautiful evening. Our service and stay at this resort was absolutely wonderful. Would definitely stay again.

Under our expectations
People were friendly, specially in dinner/breakfast. Food was OK.
We stayed during low season, we were very few rooms in a huge hotel which is also with some parts like lobby under construction. We could say then that conditions were not the best. However, hotel performance is expected to be good anyway, and it wasn't. We had a lot of problems to have stable wifi. Room was very big but somehow not warm enough. Hot water did not run; later we were told that as we were very few, we should have called the lobby and they would connect the hot water system. We would have done so if someone had told us before!
