Under our expectations
People were friendly, specially in dinner/breakfast. Food was OK.
We stayed during low season, we were very few rooms in a huge hotel which is also with some parts like lobby under construction. We could say then that conditions were not the best. However, hotel performance is expected to be good anyway, and it wasn't. We had a lot of problems to have stable wifi. Room was very big but somehow not warm enough. Hot water did not run; later we were told that as we were very few, we should have called the lobby and they would connect the hot water system. We would have done so if someone had told us before!

The palace that treats you like Royalty.!!
I booked this holiday for my parents and their siblings. They were very well taken care of. The place is beautiful and the service was excellent. The lavish party on New year's eve was the icing on the cake!! Special Mention for the Manager Mr Ajay Negi. Was extremely courteous and helpful in every way possible!! He made sure that my parents were well attended to.Overall a pleasurable experience. Strongly recommended!!
